Decofurn Somerset West bad service.

Decofurn Somerset West have to do a refund for my mother for a cash payment that was done 17 days ago. We were promised it would be done within 7 working days. She is still waiting. No response from them yet. Not to mention the unfriendly staff anf bad service you get when you try to purchase something. Rather say there is no service at all.
