DECOFURN SILVERLAKES - USELESS SERVICE

Decofurn Silverlakes The staff in front is friendly but the Manager is completely USELESS - to say the least. We went to return a recliner chair that is broken and they said we needed the box for the return, when we arrived with the box they had 1000 more stories and the chair is still not returned. They are rude as hell. We spoke with the big boss of Decofurn and still it is NOT their problem.

We bought the chair for my boss in the hospital and they said they have a showroom for you to test the chair before buying it. Well my boss is in the hospital and can't test the chair himself, so we did the testing. They have the audacity to tell us my boss can leave the hospital (with a broken bone) and test the chair himself.

PLEASE DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE USELESS
