Decofurn silverlakes is pathetic

Decofurn still has the worst service. I laid a complaint and to show how much they really dont care, no one has called to follow up on it. On Saturday I physically went in store to get my refund. I was told it can't be swiped back into my card they would have to do an EFT and was told to wait for 7 days for it. Yesterday 13th October I called to check the progress of it, if it was captured and so forth. I was told they cant check and i have to wait that 7 days to see if i get the money. I'm still shocked how rude the person o spoke to was. If decofurn doesnt not watch out, the company will be in shambles due to their bad service. Now I'm waiting for my own money as if I am borrowing money from them
