Decofurn silverlakes bunch of ******

I am very ****ed with decofurn silverlakes, I bought a coffee table on the 9th of October only to realize dat it was too small for my lounge... I returned it the following day on the 10th, ooh well I filled forms for my refund in which they further needed my ID copy... Luckily I had it with me, they informed me that I will get my money back after 7 working days

Guess what i gave them benefit of my doubt, and believed that my money will b in my acc before den, now 12 working days later they giving me run arounds they keep on promising to pay everyday.. I spoke to the manager on Thursday and he told me the money will b in my account same day, and today is Monday I haven't received anything
