Decofurn selling 2nd products

I purchased the Gaming desk for my sons birthday R1300. And its extremely poor quality. There are holes on the top, the edging has peeled, the stickers that came with it are torn and its wobbly. I live on the 3rd floor and Decofurn expect me to take it apart and return it. I have done my bit as a paying customer, they want to sell junk they can come to me and collect it or replace it. The helpdesk is very rude and will not try and assist. Just bring it back or go away.
