Decofurn Ruimsig

Bought a lounge suite at Decofurn Ruimsig in August 2022 for 22k and received terrible service when we had to collect, they never had the 3 seater in stock, complained and eventually got 1 which im sure came off the show room floor. Then went back to complain about the one seater's armrest that was not stuffed properly, Purchased another one seater and was told they had no stock but had to order from another branch, would take 7-14 working days. 3eeeks later received a call with the sales person saying and I quote: mam your couch has been waiting for you for 2 weeks we received it that following Wednesday after you we here the Sunday!! The service just sucks and the quality if not worth what you pay.
