Decofurn Randburg utterly disgusting

I am utterly disgusted with how DecoFurn Randburg is treating me, i bought furniture 3 weeks ago and 1 item was not delivered, i have called several times to ask about my bookshelf and no one has answers for me, they keep telling me "they'll check" till now i still dont have my shelf which I've paid for and no one can give me answers. This is really disgusting behaviour from DecoFurn ???? Angry Client, i spoke to the manager as well he also **** to me and told it would be delivered by today Wednesday (18th of July) i still do not have it and no one has made any effort to update me on where my bookshelf is. Decofurn Randburg is super unprofessional and do not recommend anyone to go back to that store again. My friend had an exact same encounter with then a few months ago, it took forever to deliver his couches and they too also kept lying to him about delivery.
