Decofurn, quick to take your money

Purchased a couch from Decofurn, it was not really what I was looking for so I decided to do a return. So while I’m at the store they advise that there is a 5% cancellation fee, so I’m obviously not happy about that but then okay what can I do. Then they advise that they cannot give me back such a large amount of money they need to do a eft. A business that is selling furniture like that cannot operate like that, you should have the facilities to pay back peoples money immediately. So I’m okay how long is this going to take to be in my account. It will take 3 to 5 day. It’s been 2 weeks later, 5 calls to find out when are they going to make the payments and every time someone will call me back.

I did not hesitate to give them my money and they want to take a 5% fee for the cancellation but they can’t even give me the money back.

They should pay me 5% for the effort I need to go through just to get my money back.

I will never ever buy from them again. Unacceptable and a true waist of my time!
