Decofurn Pretoria No Customer Service and Poor Quality Furniture

I purchased a dining room table, mirror cabinet , bed etc from their Pretoria branch. I spent over R13000. Firstly the price that was advertised was not what they charged me. They increased the price when it came to cashing up. There is no quality in their stock. The dining room table was cracked when we opened the box. There were missing crucial items from their boxes and we had to go back to them 3 times to get the missing items. The Manager Chandre has a rude and bad attitude. They refused for us to return the items or to help us sort it out. I have R13000 worth of poor quality furniture from them. As long as they got the money they didn't care about customer service. So disappointed
