Decofurn-poor quality and poor service

We purchased the Cali bedroom suite from Decofurn on the 14th December 2018. The legs and the support frames are broken and I sent them e-mails on 2 Apr, 10 Apr 2019 and went there two times thereafter to follow up. I even wrote to their Head Office, afterwards they came with missing parts and they said they would come back in a few days with the complete set and they never did. The center rail and frame has broken completely. I want Decofurn to take this bed and replace it with a new one or refund me in full.
