Decofurn Poor Customer service/ broken furniture delivered

Purchased couches, and after opening found they were broken, contact them on the 2 June, gave me a ref and to date no reply. keep receiving the same robotic reply. cannot get through to the call centre. the driver that delivered mentioned he cannot help me.
