Decofurn pathetic company

Decofurn Greenstone unhelpful. I was absolutely frustrated. We purchased a lounge set. Showed the sales man Rodney which one we wanted. We paid n fetched. When we assembled. We noticed they gave us the wrong side of the L shape. We approached them n they refused to swoop the chase or cushion only. We were told to bring the full set back. Which was impossible Bec the box was broken n thrown away and we live on the 3rd floor. Further they wanted to charge us 10% for handling fee and pick n delivery fees. They refused to help us yet it was not our fault. Really disgusted with such pathetic service.??
