Decofurn online order process the worst.

Their online process is the worst which is why I rather drive to a branch. But because I live so far away now it is a bit of a challenge. I logged into the website and the “R300 discount when you make your first online purchase” caught my eye. I made my purchase and could add a little lamp since I got a discount but the site said they do not deliver in my area and that I need to collect from the store in 2-3 days. I got no email or sms confirming my order is being received and being processed or any comms that I need to await confirmation to collect my order. I used an opportunity I got and went to the Boksburg branch because I got access to a truck. I got there and am told that my order will only arrive the following week. WHY WAS THIS NOT COMMUNICATED WITH ME???? In these times with high petrol prices, one cannot waste a 100 km trip with this economy. The lady at dispatch was rude saying she’s not the one who ordered online and that it’s not her department to deal with. I had to pay extra money and lose my discount as well as the lamp purchase just so that I shouldn’t have wasted the trip. I’m soooo disappointed in the service I got.
