Decofurn online order

I recently saw a couch and bed set that I like on the decofurn website. I waited till black Friday and proceeded to buy it while on special. On the 2nd I decided to cancel the order as I could not find buyers for my current couches...within the same day I decided to give the couches away instead and then canceled my request for cancellation. I was told via mail that my order will be processed accordingly by Neh. Everytime I called to follow up I was told my order is on it's way, however today my money was refunded so I called in and let them know. I was told that they are not sure how to proceed with my order and will have to call me back. No one ever calls back. The service has been awful.
