Initial order was placed online for delivery 9.05.2024 , however checkout wasn’t accepting the delivery address. I called call centre, and they advised to place the order for store pickup and it can be adjusted thereafter once the order reaches Fourways Branch, then on follow up, Balalwe advised that this cannot be changed, I need to make a new order with an address adjustment, and she will go ahead and cancel for first order and move my payment to the new order. Now I’ve been told that the credit hasn’t been processed yet, and the stock still needs to come from Cape Town. Yet I received confirmation that my initial order is at Fourways branch .
