Decofurn Northriding

We bought a tv unit from the branch in Northriding end of June, we were told that the stock would arrive end of July, when we went to the store at the end of July we were told that the stock would only arrive at the end of August or beginning of September so we requested a refund on the purchase, we completed all of the needed documentation and sent through all the details as requested. Our calls were unanswered but once they were answered we were told the branch would contact us. I sent an email and once again, NO feedback, I resent an email on Monday the 3rd of August and was told that the refund will be made by latest Wednesday, we still haven't received any payment or communication from the branch. Would definitely not recommend pre-payment on ANY of their stock.
