Decofurn Nightmare

Decofurn is the worst furniture I’ve ever set foot in. I bought furniture worth over R100 000 and sent back items i didn’t need anymore.

I asked for refund of R9800 for over 2 weeks and the managers have no sense of urgency or let alone what they doing .

Worst customer service and poor poor poor poor communication skills.

Why does a refund take more than 2 weeks too be processed
