Decofurn Montague park-Terrible service, rude customer service ladies.

Terrible service. Put on hold for hours. Ladies were rude over the phone. dropped my call multiple times. I was told my couch is ready for delivery, I paid the delivery fee then they gave me the run around about the couch being out of stock and apparently the person who helped me did not close the sale. I want my couch or my money back. And those people need to be taught proper customer service.
