I purchased a office desk for R1000, There were 2 missing pieces from the box, I contacted the store and spoke to the supervisor names Verilda ... She was so unprofessional in the manner she addressed the matter.

No apology for the inconvenience, furthermore she asked me to come into the store to collect the pieces...which is an inconvenience to me .. I requested for them to delivery the piece and she mentioned it was not possible.
