Decofurn limbo delivery services

Decofurn have no end-to-end communication, I made an online purchase on the 25.12.2025 and it was delivered on the 27.12.2025, during this time no delivery messages were sent to me and upon delivery no delivery confirmation slip was sent to my email even though they claim it would be sent after 48hrs.

I called to track on the parcel, the Call Centre lady told me they only use private delivery company with no reference code, I was advised to only wait on the delivery, hectic!!!!
