Decofurn: Late Delivery and No communication!

Good day,

I have placed my order on the 19 May 2020,and Decofurn confirmed the receipt of the order. On the site,it states that due to the backlog that the factory has,the delivery might take 5-7 days. I has expected to at least 10 days to allow the high volume of deliveries,today is day 16 and the goods have not been delivered,the most frustrating thing is that there is no communication from the store regarding the status of the other. At least other stores have the decency of notifying you whether the order has left the warehouse or currently in process.I'm even regretting making this purchase at this point!
