The staff on floor were quick to let us buy stuff but as soon you sign that order form, the service just gets worse. You can't ask for assembly else you'll wait the whole day for the guy to arrive, long after the delivery is done, and they'll tell you that "it will only be a hour" till he's there. No dear, it won't be an hour. And it won't just happen once. Their people are ************* and frankly rude to others of different colour. They'll take days to deliver everything to you, I didn't even get everything I paid for, they took my money just like that. What a useless manager that runs that store! He was neither patient nor friendly nor reassuring. The image he depicted of decofurn was worrying and scary, perhaps they were aiming for that.
