Decofurn Kenilworth appalling service

4 years ago I purchased from Decofurn...online, it was a good experience with no issues-service and quality. Then I decide to buy from the Kenilworth store and it just became and still is an ongoing very painful experience. The lack of Management skills; professionalism and customer service from senior people at the store is appalling especially from Mark and Julian (who is almost never there or unavailable). Even on Saturday 15 April, he was at the store but refused to see me when called for, instead I was forced to once again liaise with Mark. I do not recommend this store, nor will I purchase from there again, head office needs to place proper management personnel at their stores, people who are competent, efficient and customer orientated.
