Decofurn Kenilworth

I purchased a cupboard at decofurn online they then delivered it to my area. After seeing how complicated it looked to assemble the cupboard I called them up to ask them to come and assemble the cupboard. I was then told that there guys are too scared to come to my area but yet they delivered it to my area. I was then forced to assemble the cupboard myself. At this point it got more complicated and there wood broke in a few parts of the cupboard. I then got in contact again with them and asked to Come assemble this time around I wasn't told they too scared to come to my area rather they told me about costs involved. Different information given by different staff working at decofurn. I then told the lady I wish to send the cupboard back for a refund. I was told I can do do provided with pictures of the damage and they will refund my money minus damages. I then did so the next day. I then received different information again saying they don't do returns on items that was damaged. AGAIN different information being told by there staff!!! It's been more than a week I'm trying to get this resolved. They have caused so much inconvenience to me. You can only imagine how my house looks with clothes all around because I don't have a cupboard to pack it in. I want my money back a full refund because they refused to assemble they cupboard!!
