Decofurn Jomo Leather Touch Corner Chaise

Having been a loyal customer of Decofurn I was very saddened when I purchased a Jomo Leather Touch Corner Chaise, which was delivered to me in April, only to discover two weeks later when I was turning the cushions to keep the Chaise in tip-top condition, I discovered a tear in the base of the couch. I was so upset. I went into Decofurn and was instructed to put my grievance in writing on which I did on 24 April 2024, only to eventually recive a response that states they cannot replace the couch base because the piece of furniture guarantee only covers a manufacturing fault. I categorically state that I have not used any sharp object where the tear is and I believe I have been unfairly treated. I will add I also purchased headboards and outside furniture from Decofurn while awaiting thier response but this will be the last time I do business with Decofurn. I can provide photographs and invoices if necessary.
