DECOFURN IS THE WORST

If I could give 0 stars I would . From the very start dealing with this company has been a headache . I purchased a few items from decofurn in store and I had chose a coffee table that they told me was out of stock , being in a hurry to furnish my very first apartment I chose a different coffee table that they had advised was in stock . The lady I dealt with in store told me all things would be delivered within 7-10 days. However 3/4 of my items were only delivered almost 2 months later . And guess what .. the coffee table that was supposedly in stock has still not been delivered and it has been 5 months . They notified me it would be here by the end of may and will contact for delivery details however no such call came . I reached out and they told me yes your table is here come fetch it . But I had paid for delivery for all Items . They began to tell me I would need to fetch it however this was never communicated to me . After talking back and fourth the manager said she would deliver it the Sunday before 2:30. I cleared my schedule for Sunday however no delivery came nor did a call come stating that they would not be able to deliver. This company has no regard for their customers and I would never recommend anyone purchase anything from them as it would be quicker to grow your own treees harvest the wood and make your own furniture from scratch than go through them .
