Decofurn is extremely dissapointing

Ordered a wardrobe and tv from Decofurn online, firstly their delivery team asked for directions and advised that they would arrive by 2 o'clock which they did not instead waited for me to contact them just to be told that they will no longer deliver that day but the next day at 12 which they failed. They sent a message to ask for directions yet again and only arrived for delivery at around 2 o'clock.

They assembled the tv stand and wardrobe and then left. After a day the hinges from the wardrobe fell loose and the door was hanging by one hinge and the back of the wardrobe and tv stand was coming off, we sent a message to the guy that assembled the items and he advised that he would arrive to fix it on a Saturday which he did not arrive.

I have since sent an email to decofurn where I have only received an automated response and nothing else.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and would like them to either fix this issue, provide new items or to collect and rather refund my money back.

I am not happy at all
