Decofurn is an utter **** online store!!

I have been struggling to get assistance for 2 weeks. I have paid 80% of my order. I have been emailing and phoning and not getting any response. Quite frankly I am agitated and getting frustrated with this utter **** service. I have been phoning and spending over R500 worth of airtime trying to contact them!!!
