DECOFURN IGNORES TO PAY REFUND: Feb 2019

Decofurn Greenstone(JHB) has not paid my refund since Feb 2019. Pathetic service i have ever received topped with a sales lady with bad armpit odour. Why was i requested to complete a refund form?? My refund amount has most probably accumulated interest income in their bank account. Disgusted!!!!
