Decofurn horrible service

I ordered furniture on 1st December, i called in to find out if there was any delay in my order and if ther was i would cancel the specific items that was delaying my order. I called on 4th dec, the lady at customer care said no delays so i waited. Today is the 10th dec, iv had my matresses delivered with no bases yesterday . Customer care hasnt answered my calls since 9am. They so rude and unhelpful on the phone. Theres no system in place for deliveries.

Iv got guests sleepin over tonite with absolutely no beds in my home. And nobody seems to care . This is such bad service. Iv bort goods for 25k and not a single person can help my situation
