DECOFURN GREENSTONE SOLD MY PAID FURNISHER TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER

BEWARE OF DECOFURN IN GREENSTONE

I bought items on monday and when I went to collect I was told by Bertha(the assistant manager) my item was sold to another customer who bought my item on Tuesday and all I was told was since they don't have my Item anymore, they will refund my money and they are sorry they sold my item to another customer ,what an inconvenience. And they told me there is nothing they can do because they sold my item to another customer.another option is for me to wait 7 to 14 days for them to see if they can get similar items and if not they will still give me my money back which by the way I will get only after 7 to 14 days ......BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
