Decofurn Greenstone- poor service and terrible customer service

Staff and manager have zero customer service skills. We went to Decofurn Greenstone to purchase an office chair. After trying different chairs and making our choice with no assistance (while staff walk around aimlessly) we ask for assistance. The chair we wanted was not available in black and we were told that they had the chair in grey. We agreed to take the grey chair. After paying, we go to the collections section and after waiting for 20 minutes, the sales consultant then approaches us to tell us that we must pay in an additional R200, as the grey chair is more expensive. Out of principle, we were not interested and requested a refund. We were told that WE can drive to Decofurn in Boksburg to go fetch the black chair, or they can give us credit. We then asked to speak to a manager. The manager was definitely not managing. How he is in that position is beyond me. He showed absolutely no interest nor care, and simply told us to follow him to the payments desk to get a refund. Yes we wanted a refund, but there was no apology nor any effort to save the sale.

First and LAST time we will ever support Decofurn.
