DecoFurn Greenstone Branch Poor Service Delivery

I bought an office Desk and Chair at DecoFurn Greenstone Branch on the 13-08-2020 and they promised to call me which they did not contact me to come and Fetch the staff I bought .I have purchased both items Cash on the 13-08-2020 so on the 01-09-2020 I went to the Store to Complain on why am I not receiving the call from them and they told me it was not invoiced since the day I bought those items so my question was if I didn't come to the Store they we re not going to invoice it and I was going to wait forever .A very Bad service with Unskilled staff from the Top to bottom Management .When I was in the Store two Customers were also complaining about the same issue .My Receipt No : DECGRFRRC11667 wIth till DECGRF and the Sales Person was Rodney
