Decofurn Greenstone Bad Servise

I bought a Couche at Deconfurn Greenstone, upon close inspection at home I realized the it was badly damaged, I then brought the matter to their attention where I was meet the highest level of unprofessionalism and rudeness. I am now told to spend further money in order to take back the faulty item to them as they are also saying that they won't even replace it.

This is really frustrating, cause all the money I had I payed for the item with it's transport costs.
