Decofurn gives terrible post sale service.

Decofurns post sale service is the pits. After you have spent your money on them you are nolonger important to them. They first failed to advise me after delivery I would need my items assembled. To my shock the delivery guys came and dropped off big boxes and when they were about to leave I ask why they are not assembling my items they tell me because I did not pay for it. I could have if I was told and now I was stuck with big boxes with no clue where to start. Secondly my coffee table had a crack on the side, I called to inform them, they asked me to send an email which I did with a picture and almost two weeks later I haven't heard a thing from them. I spent +- R23000 at their store for various items and I must say they left a sour taste in my mouth. I would never recommend them to anyone.
