Decofurn Furniture - Amorosa THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!

No service from the sales person, call centre agents, coordinators, procurement departments & the one that shocked me the most The Management teams! Operations in this place is a ****ing **** show!

I purchased some furniture on the 26th of November. On this day I paid for my items and was then only told after I paid that one of the items being a chair is not even in stock and would only be delivered the following week and be avilable to collect that Friday. Upset, i couldnt understand why this was only told to me at this time, I let it go and said they may proceed to deliver my other items & install them at my apartment in the interim (Which they did) & said I would then arrange to pick up the chair that Friday morning as discussed (2nd Dec). The week goes by I dont get a single phone call or follow-up, I call back the Saturday, spoke to "Monique" - Extremely carless & rude by the way, should not at all be in service as she had the opportunity to defuse the situation but instead was not skilled enough to deal with an angry client so she thought hanging up was the correct process. I got given the run around by multiple people telephonically even though I asked to speak to a manger as I felt no one seemed to care, its like I was completely blown off which by the way when i actually called i was not I-rate, it was due to the run around & rude staff that I got so frustarted, instead of defusing the situation, Monique and another girl really ****ED ME OFF even more - I even explained that i did not see the relevance in offloading on them and that they needed put me through to a person in management. They put me through but the call kept dropping eventually I was told a manager would call me back, after speaking to Coslin he advised they would let me know what time I can collect they just need to assemble. This never happened!!! That following Monday (5 Dec - 10 Days Later) I called back, again no help & no service. At this point I got so busy in my daily life, I had a family emergency as well & so I didn't have time to follow it up and only made a call the following Thursday (8 Dec) where I am then told the chair is still in centurion and hasnt even been delivered to the branch. I am so confused & explain that i have been told otherwise - I then complain & get in touch with Darren Hing - (Branch Manager). Who assures me he will escalate the matter and sort out the issue, he makes a commitment to call me the next morning TO MY DISSAPOINTMENT he never did. I know, right - shocking! I call back that Monday (12 Dec) & he explains he had a situation & asked his assistant manager to call me, says his so sorry and all this, I give him the benefit of the doubt - He explains there are situations out his control and that he can only have the chair by Wednesday. AGAIN he makes promises to me that he will ensure to have the chair ready & ASSEMBLED by Wednesday (14th Dec) at this point I am so sick & tired of running around, I AM THE CONSUMER - Where the **** is the customer service, the service I already paid for already? I am exhausted of arguing , so i just inform him I will not be available to collect and ask if there is any way they could possibly deliver to my apartment due to the inconvenience they caused me - I stay less than 10km away, He says NO & doesnt even try to fulfil my trust or turn the situation around as apparently everything is out of his control as the branch manager...So, Managers at Decofurn are basically not able to do anything to salvage or intervene in client relationship management. Seems like a major operational failure. Anyway 2 days pass, I call back on Wednesday and get put through to a lady - apparently "no" managers are available to talk to me and tell me where my chair is... I also get told 'no managers are at work today' , ok... so there is a branch full of people and no one to supervise, what nonsense - or maybe its true I dont know what to think, at this rate nothing surpirses me - Decofurn seems worse than Government departments. I ask her to quote me for delivery in the interim, she calls me back and says R375 for the delivery & it's not about the price entirely but about the mere principle, The Nerve... ARE YOU GUYS ****ING JOKING? Anyway, I am left with no choice or option but to arrange privately to have the chair collected after I was called by Darren to inform me "The chair is assembled and ready to be collected on Thursday morning" - "No Mam, you wont have any issues". I made arrangements for someone to collect it on Saturday due to Friday being a public holiday & as this was unfortunately now the only option I had due to an ongoing family emergency. Yes, my father is in critical condition through all this so I was unable to be home nor collect. I finally returned home late Saturday evening to my chair being in a BOX, not assembled nevermind that I paid for assembly fees of all the furniniture I was promised everything is in order for the collection by Darren / Coslin & even Molefe as I even called to double check before I made arrangement for someone to collect. The person I sent to collect also was then given the run around sadly evn though I gave all my documentations to them including my ID incase - GUYS I CANNOT MAKE THIS **** UP - I am so livid / disgusted - I am a leading Service Delivery Manager for a major company & I just see this treatment as a massive risk and liability for your brand! As far as I can reach this word I personally will ensure that everyone I know including my clients, partners, stakeholders & anyone that I get in touch with never purchase from Decofurn. All this run around, upon collection - The ****ing branch couldnt even find the chair!!! The person who collected it did me a favour knowing my circumstances but was not aware it was supposed to be assembled and returned it to my apartment. Yesterday (Mon 19 Dec) I call again, spoke to Darren again, he said he will get someone to call me back right away and have this all sorted , someone called me back and said a installer will come to my apartment to assemble the chair and rectify the issue - I asked what time so i can ensure I am available and at home, they said DEFINITLY AROUND 3pm. I had an international meeting which I pushed out and rescheduled to ensure I am available at home to open. At 4pm, I call back - NO ANSWER , I try again at 4:30, the call center says the branch is already closed - I ask how is that possible the internet says they close at 5pm - She says no the drivers are already done for the day.... I call again this morning _ Darren is not in, they don't know who I am or what I am talking about. I have ZERO patience left at this point & just cannot carry on being treated like this - This is absolutely absurd, get this issue sorted or refund me! And i expect some form of the extra mile now or compensation for all my troubles. I don't work there yet I am doing all the work to try to get my chair sorted? Your branch is still fairly new and it's already slacking like this - Not a good look !!!! I must add that the Installation of my table that took place was successful, the installers were exceptional, friendly & were an absolute pleasure, so much so I even gave them chocolates and biscuits. Sad to know that these gentleman who drive in a ****ty truck & do manual labour all day, one can assume they were not as privileged to attend higher forms of education, yet they seem to know more about Customer satisfaction & Treating customers fairly than the people sitting in a fancy office with airconditioning, earning a much better salary & probably had the opportunity to get the education & skill required so that they can be in the seat they are in and yet they take it all for granted and dont seem to care while there are thousands of people who would do anything to be them. The sad reality of today, The consumer is no longer a priority & people just come to their place of employment where they can attend "work", do ****ol all month and get a salary!
