Decofurn Factory Shop - Terrible service by Thomas(manager)

Thomas 'manager' - North Riding Decofurn

1 - They didn't tell us when they were out of stock. Delivery day passed, so we had to follow up with them.

2 - They told us, they ran out of stock they will refund us.

3 - 3 days later no communication, we went to the shop to follow up. Only to find that they didn't give us a refund form.

4 - Refund form is done, it's been over days without a refund. All along we have been dealing with Thomas the manager - who at some point said 'I have a lot of customers, I forgot'
