Decofurn Factory Shop- ****** & Lairs

I am disgusted with the DecofurnSA

I had ordered items over 5k, i paid for assembly and for delivery , when they cam to deliver, my mom which is old was at home and they just left all boxes and dirt in our lounge forcing her to clean it u ( they took advantage of a old women)

I emailed many times for my refund on my delivery ..Then i called to the Northgate manager and was told indirectly that i am lying and according to to his driver!! the **** audacity of the people

I suspect a little ****** as how can they call me a lair, ignore me and then just not refund me for them doing such a **** job! I am ****ed that i have to chase them when they at fault

Do not buy from them unless you a certain race, it prob the only way you will be treated like a human being!!
