Decofurn factory shop, Centurion won't refund back money

Decofurn factory shop, Centurion won't refund back money after paying for a set of couches that were never delivered due to a technical challenge on their supplier's side. According to their policy, refunds are done within 7 days but it's been more than a month now. Calling everyday with no success. They say they've paid but wont email me proof of payment, which clearly means that they haven't paid. This is very poor service.
