DecoFurn Factory Furniture Service Failure

Decofurn Factory Shop in Fourways might be cheaper than other furniture stores, but NOTE that their after sale service is terrible. I have been waiting several weeks for my order, even if we paid the order in full. The sales staff is full of excuses and at times I had to phone several times before receiving a response. Don't know if the money you save is worth the grief.
