Decofurn - Extreme Poor Service & Damaged Goods with missing items

I must say, I am really disappointed in the service. Not only was the delivery late (13 work days, not 10) but I received an half open box, damaged table and not even all of the parts to assemble the table have arrived.

There are items missing from the box, I cant even assemble the damaged table. (Not that I would) With the box being half open on arrival, I can only assume someone took it out for another order, and by doing so damaged my table.

Please contact me soonest to resolve this issue.

I demand that the damaged goods be collects TODAY. And either a new table be delivered THIS WEEK, or you arrange for the collection and a reimburse me so that I can buy a table elsewhere.

This is not the kind of service I would expect. This is surely the last time I would purchase anything from Decofurn.
