Decofurn do not deliver!

I have ordered several items on the 23 November 2024. My order was delivered and items were missing. Over R12000 worth items were not delivered. I called the very same day. I have been calling now for 3 weeks trying to receive the rest of my order. Every time I get a date for delivery, every time it is not delivered. Or I call and they say they will call me back. And then they do not call. I am frustrated by the poor service delivered. As per date I still have not received anything of my missing items and the struggle will still continue. I will never order from them again and will also recommend them to nobody. No client should be treated this way.
