Decofurn delivery service

Your delivery service sucks. The driver phoned me at 15:00 saying he was on his way, only to come at 19:50. No apology or whatsoever. He told me that I'm actually lucky coz other customers are going to receive theirs way later. Is it even safe to deliver this late? When I raised my unhappiness with their service, they just laughed. I'm very unhappy and don't think I will ever use your delivery services ever again.
