Decofurn delivery and service

I ordered furniture from the store and I was told it would arrive after a week. It’s well over the week with ZERO communication on why the furniture hasn’t been delivered. They don’t answer emails either. At this point I want to go to the store with the police because the papers I signed said that it would be delivered within 7 days. This is now them keep my property that I paid for against my will, which is an offence.
