Decofurn - Deffective goods, poor service, dont follow their policies

Purchased and paid for a couch from Decofurn North Riding, when it was delivered it was defective. I have now sent 5 emals, and waited for over one month for a refund. I would not recommend this outlet. Their refund policy is supposed to be 7-days, and I have been promised a refund on numerous occasions
