Decofurn chairs

We bought 8 Leather dining room chairs and the "leather" are coming off, looks like skin peeling. I have phoned so many times and every time I try to speak to the manager he was very busy. So at the end of the day I did get hold of him and he said with our next purchase they will give us discount. So what should I do with 8 chairs. And spend more money, really. I will never buy anything from them again. We had to cover the chairs ourselves. There service are terrible. Leon Jordaan you will never see us again. I wish I could have put photos
