decofurn centurion just do not care

i ordered furniture from decofurn centurion, fully paid, first day of delivery the only brought one item, 4 were still outstanding. Delivery got to my home at 9pm, yes 9pm. the next day, they delivered the rest of the stuff at 10pm. <br> <br> One of the items was mis configured, and promised they will bring the mis-configured part the next day, that was August 1st. <br> <br> I made calls, sent emails. No response whatsoever. Now im stuck with an item(bed) that is not up to par. <br> <br> i have received an unsatisfying service since delivery day1. <br> <br> i do not understand how they treat their customers, i would get a better treatment in prison. <br> Their customer service is really ridiculous. See me back there again, please put a bullet in my head.
