Decofurn Centurion - Disgusting Service!!!!!!

I recieved such appalling service from Decofurn Centurion. Treated me like they are entitled to my money with no care in the world. First I purchase my goods, I go the back to collect and the line is long. I didn’t want to wait so I ask if I can go continue with my shopping and return to collect in about an hour. A guy by the name of Ryan (he is terrible) says yes. I return after two hours and my stuff is still not ready. I ask to speak to Ryan and he completely ignores me. I ask for another manager and this guy tells me he is not the person I was dealing with. I eventually requested for a refund. I then get a call on Sunday, a guy calling from head office who was not calling to apologize for the terrible service but to ask me if they can deliver my goods for free. I was livid. I then agree and he says they will be delivered by Tuesday the 28th latest. Till today, Thursday the 30th they have not delivered and no one has bothered to contact me. I am appalled at how a business can have nsuch terrible service and still continue with no care in the world. We come to your business to spend our hard earned money and your employees treat us like they don’t need us. They want us to beg them for service and you make empty promises. Disgusting!!!! I am never ever buying there again.
