Decofurn Boksburg Worst Ever!

The Boksburg branch Worst service I have experienced in my life. I ordered two bedside lamps online, paid for it and arranged my courier to collect as I was given the go ahead by a Decofurn staff member to arrange my courier for collection only to find out that they have no stock and that stock has to come all the way from Cape Town that being said the courier was already paid for..I was not notified that they have no stock.. Nearly two weeks later still no answer, still no order received and still no clarity regarding my order. They don't answer their phones and IF you get through to the call centre they transfer you with no further luck. This was my first attemp to purchase from them and I won't make that mistake again. Worst customer service you can imagine!
