decofurn boksburg and head office ****

purchased a set of side pedestals for R1398.00 on 03 March 2019 at the Boksburg branch, I returned the goods on 04 March 2019 and have been wait since 04 March 2019 to date 20 March 2019 to receive my refund as the store indicates that the head office only can process my refund, it has taken the head office and store well over two weeks to process my refund and still I am not paid. To top it up they still charge a 10% fee of your purchase price on refunds
